About Me.

Hey, I'm Michelle and welcome to Mumstoppable Fitness as I believe us ladies are unstoppable when we put our minds to it! I am a fully qualified personal trainer, fitness and group instructor and pre-and post-natal exercise instructor, 43 years young and a busy Mum of three kids, 11, 8 and 3, so I only know too well how difficult it can be at times to carve out some time for yourself but it is possible and that's where I can help!

I wasn't athletic when I was younger and always found the gym intimidating so it wasn't until I was in my 30's that I became interested in fitness. I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life now in my 40’s and I firmly believe that this can be the case for anyone…no matter what age you are.

It’s time to embrace some time for you

LADIES EXERCISE CLASSES

Join me for a fun filled 45 minute workout suitable for all fitness levels as exercises can be adaptable. It is a balanced full body workout to up beat music where we will use a mix of cardio, resistance, bodyweight and strength which will burn fat, improve your strength,

fitness levels and relieve stress...what more could you ask for!

 

When you come to my exercise classes I want you to feel very comfortable in a supportive environment where you learn to do different exercise movements correctly. I also give additional challenges and fitness advice throughout the class course which will help improve your overall wellbeing.

Get your exercise class done in the morning while the kids are at school or take a break from work for 45 minutes. 

 

A new term of classes will commence on Monday 13th May in Carleton Hall, Marino, Dublin with  10am or 11am class options. Booking for classes must be made in advance. For further information complete the "Get Started" form below on this page.

ParkHIIT
CLASSES

I'm delighted to be a Group Instructor with parkHIIT. It is a fantastic social enterprise initiative promoting the importance of resistance exercise through free 30 minute weekly workouts in local parks. You will find me at Poppintree Park, Cedarwood Green, Dublin on some Saturday mornings at 8:45am.
